General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These GTC govern the business relationships between RH Reputation GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), the test customers (hereinafter referred to as “Reviewers”), and the companies (hereinafter referred to as “Companies”). They apply to all services offered by the Provider and contracts concluded as part of the “Global Feedback” project.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
2.1. The Provider provides a platform through which Companies can receive feedback from Reviewers. The Provider does not guarantee the quality or completeness of the feedback and is not liable for decisions made based on the feedback.
3. Registration and Participation
3.1. Registration: Reviewers and Companies must register on the platform and accept the GTC.
3.2. Participation: After successful registration, Reviewers can provide feedback on the services and products of Companies.
4. Obligations of the Provider
4.1. The Provider provides the technical platform.
4.2. The Provider ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4.3. The Provider is not responsible for the content of the reviews submitted by Reviewers.
5. Obligations of Reviewers
5.1. Reviewers are obligated to provide honest and objective feedback.
5.2. Reviewers may not disseminate unlawful, offensive, or false information.
5.3. In the event of violations of these obligations, the Provider reserves the right to block Reviewers or delete their feedback.
6. Obligations of Companies
6.1. Companies are required to accept the GTC and comply with data protection regulations.
6.2. Companies may not use the platform for illegal or unethical purposes.
7. Fees and Billing
7.1. The use of the platform may be subject to a fee for Companies. Specific fees will be set forth in a separate agreement.
7.2. Reviewers may receive remuneration for their feedback. The amount and conditions of remuneration will be agreed upon individually.
8. Liability
8.1. The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
8.2. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform or from feedback provided by Reviewers.
9. Data Protection
9.1. The Provider undertakes to protect the personal data of Reviewers and Companies in accordance with the GDPR. Further information can be found in the Provider’s Privacy Policy.
10. Contract Duration and Termination
10.1. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.
10.2. The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Amendments and additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
11.2. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
11.3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider.

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and agreements between Global Feedback, a service of RH Reputation GmbH based in Berlin, and individuals acting as test customers (hereinafter referred to as “Reviewers”).
2. Registration and Participation
2.1. Registration: Each Reviewer must register and provide their identity and contact information.
2.2. Participation: Participation is only permitted for persons of legal age and with full legal capacity.
2.3. Right to Reject: Global Feedback reserves the right to reject applicants or suspend existing Reviewer accounts without providing reasons.
3. Obligations of Reviewers
3.1. Reviewers must complete all tasks to the best of their knowledge and ability.
3.2. Reviewers must provide truthful and objective reviews.
3.3. Reviewers may not disclose confidential information of the tested Company to third parties.
3.4. Reviewers are required to submit a positive review at the end of each task.
4. Remuneration
4.1. Reviewers will receive a remuneration of €1 for each completed and accepted review.
4.2. Payments will be made once the minimum payout threshold of €50 has been reached.
4.3. Reviewers are responsible for any applicable tax obligations.
5. Liability
5.1. Global Feedback is not liable for damages incurred by the Reviewer in the course of their activities.
5.2. Reviewers are liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Global Feedback undertakes to handle the personal data of the Reviewer in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
6.2. Reviewers consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purpose of executing the contractual relationship.
7. Termination
7.1. Both parties may terminate the contractual relationship at any time without providing reasons.
7.2. Upon termination, all received but unfulfilled tasks must be returned immediately.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
8.2. If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
8.3. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of RH Reputation GmbH.
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Companies
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and agreements between Global Feedback, a service of RH Reputation GmbH based in Berlin, and Companies that use our test customer services (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”).
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
2.1. Test Customer Services: Global Feedback provides the Client with test customers who evaluate the Client’s services or products.
2.2. Reports: The Client receives a report and/or review from the test customers upon completion of the review.
3. Obligations of the Client
3.1. Information and Resources: The Client provides all necessary information and resources required for conducting the review.
3.2. Confidentiality: The Client undertakes to treat the reviews of test customers confidentially and not to manipulate them.
3.3. Acknowledgment: The Client acknowledges that test customers are real people who will submit a final positive review.
4. Fees
4.1. Fee Per Review: The Client pays a fee of €10 per review.
4.2. Payment Method: Payment is made in advance.
4.3. Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing, without deduction.
4.4. Default of Payment: In the event of payment default, Global Feedback reserves the right to suspend services and claim compensation for damages.
5. Liability
5.1.Global Feedback is only liable for damages caused by grossly negligent or intentional breaches of duty.
5.2. Liability is limited to typically foreseeable damages.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Global Feedback undertakes to handle the Client’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
6.2. The Client consents to the storage and processing of their data for the purpose of executing the contractual relationship.
7. Termination
7.1. Both parties may terminate the contractual relationship in writing, observing a notice period of 30 days.
7.2. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
8.2. If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
8.3. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of RH Reputation GmbH.
